Is there dissension in the room?

This post was done much earlier in the day.  I realized that I had introduced some new dolls and they really didn't get talked about, so I updated that page and added some more pictures of them.  Plus, I found another doll that I'd like to buy, but pictures of those dolls will be added at a later date.  Back to the drama...

Me: (talking about how the FLAVAS' did not get a chance to go out when I had them the last time).

The FLAVAS did not get to go out the last time when they were here.  I will definitely make sure that EVERYONE gets a chance on going outside.

Madison:        Just like we did.  We went to the park with the Ello's.  We had a nice time but it was very sunny so it was hard for Mom to take pictures.  

Helena:        Yeah, like Dottie and Emma.  They got to go to Mom's job.  We want to go out too!

Helene:         But we need clothes - brr.  It's cold outside.  I don't want to wait till the summer to go out. I want some pretty outfits so we can go out now.  The Ello's have outfits for the summer and winter.  I want those for us too! Sigh.... I know we need to be patient; Mom is working that out for all of us.

Helena:        Maybe she needs to get another job. 

Me:               What did you say?

Helena:      (Looks scared as I stare at her). Um, maybe you need to get another job?

(All is quiet while I stare at this doll.)

Me:            I say this to myself in my head, "The nerve of this doll!  Not even Antoinette or Amber have been this bold!!  SMH (Maybe I should take her to work and leave her in my drawer for a week. Hmph, see how she likes that!)  Sigh...Maybe I should stop buying dolls or maybe I should've sent her back and got the doll that I wanted.   As I look at Helena, I say, 

"Do you want to go and live with my dolly friend?  Because that could be arranged.  She definitely does not have time for you.  Your clothes will be removed, and you will be naked in a container with other dolls AND you will get no play time."

  All the other dolls, gasp!  Then they all turn to stare at her.

Helena:     (Looks at everybody and sighs...)  No.  I'm sorry.  It's just that.... it's just that you keep bringing new dolls and not clothes.  I feel like I'm never going to go out.  I was talking to the Ello's, and they said that you do this all the time, but....

Me:             I am a doll lover, not a collector.  And since I've started rebuying all of the dolls that I use to have, including you, I want to make sure I get all the dolls that strike my fancy.  I know you all need clothes, that's why I'm trying not to buy "naked" dolls.  Once I've finished getting all the dolls that I want - clothes is next.  Actually, I'm trying to buy clothes in between buying the dolls plus I had planned on learning how to make clothes for everybody.

Helena:      sob...I'm so sorry.  Everybody is angry at me now.   sniff, sniff    

Helene:      No, we're not angry with you, please just know that "this is the dolly life".  Mom is always acquiring dolls - that's what doll lovers do.  I mean look how different we all are.  Some of us go as high as 19" tall and back down to 10" tall.  And guess what?

Helena:     What? sniff, sniff

Helene:     (smiles at her sister) We all get along with each other and can wear each other's clothes!  Oh, I almost forgot, Wild Hearts Crew girls are here!

Helena:      (wiping her eyes, looks around) Where are they.... oh!  Oooh, I love your purple/pink hair and it's so soft.

Corinne:     Ah, thanks, I think.

Cori:          Hey everybody, did you meet my twin sister Corinne?  Oh, and say hello to Kenna Roswell.  Everybody's here now!

They all look around and see Kenna.  Everybody starts talking at once.

Kenna:       (Looking alarmed!)  Oh, my please, stop!

Everybody stops talking and looked at Kenna.  

Emily:       Oops, sorry.  Please forgive us.  It's been a long time since we've seen new dolls. Welcome to our/your new home.  

Kenna:      Thanks for the welcome.  It's so nice to be surrounded by other dolls. Looks around... But where's Jacy?

Cori:          Ah, I don't think Jacy's coming.

Kenna:       Why not?

Cori:           Because she has that new shape and is petite, so it'd be really hard for Mom to find clothes for her.  Sigh....I wish she were here too.

Me:            She'll be coming soon.  I couldn't leave her out - you gals are part of two crews - mine and yours.   I found someone on eBay who sells dolls with clothes that would fit her.

Corinne claps and has a huge smile on her face.

I have pictures of all the new dolls - Wild Hearts Crew except Jacy.   I'll put them on tomorrow evening when I get a chance.
